If the item is not what you wanted or if you prefer another one, don't worry, you have 14 days to return or exchange it. We just ask that you follow the steps below.

REASONS FOR A RETURN

  • Within 14 days after receiving your purchase, you decide to return it.
  • You want to exchange or want a refund for a defective or damaged product
  • You have received the wrong merchandise.
Please note that products will only be accepted if they are defective, damaged or have been incorrectly shipped . Minor irregularities in colour, resolution or accuracy of details compared to the original presentation are not grounds for return.
Once you get in touch, we will get to work to find the best and quickest solution to your query.
 

Data required for a return

To correctly use any of the methods described above and avoid delays or misunderstandings in the return process, you will need to provide us with the following information:
  • Please indicate your name (with DNI or NIE)
  • Order number corresponding to the return.
  • Indicate the items you wish to return.
  • Please write us a reason for the return. This will help us improve the quality of our service and product.
  • Please let us know if you would like a new order or a refund of the item's value.
  • If you have made a secure payment with your debit or credit card, we will need the account number to refund the value of the item.
  • Finally, to complete the process, you must go to the Post Office with the products to be returned and send your return.
We will proceed to refund the value of the item or send a new product identical to the one originally requested once your return reaches us.
 

Additional information about your return

Please make sure when returning that:
  • The items have not been used
  • The shipment is well sealed, to avoid loss during transport.
  • It is best to send the items you wish to return in the original envelope. Please remember that we are not responsible for the shipping costs.
